01What does Exact Plant mean?
You buy the individual plant shown in the photos and identified by its own code. It disappears from the offer once purchased.
02Do the photos show the plant for sale?
For Exact Plants, yes. Batch plant photos show a representative appearance, with natural variation explained on the product page.
03When do you dispatch orders?
Orders are dispatched Monday to Wednesday. Choose InPost Courier or an InPost Parcel Locker during checkout.
04Do you ship in winter?
Yes. We secure plants against movement and insulate the packaging for transport.
05What should I do about shipping damage?
If possible, photograph the plant and packaging after opening and contact us preferably within 24 hours. This helps assess damage; it is not a deadline that removes your statutory complaint rights.
06Can I withdraw from my purchase?
Living plants carry a notice about the exception for rapidly deteriorating goods, which depends on the statutory conditions. Accessories and other products outside the exception generally have a 14-day withdrawal period. Claims for non-conformity or transport damage remain available. See the terms for details.
07Is the plant sold in a pot?
Yes, unless the product description says otherwise. The nursery pot is secured for transport.
08Does adding a plant to the cart reserve it?
No. The cart alone does not reserve stock. Stock is reserved for about 30 minutes when you continue to Stripe and released if payment is cancelled or expires.
09Do you ship outside Poland?
For now, we deliver only within Poland. We plan to add more countries in the future.
