Plant shipping
We dispatch orders Monday to Wednesday and pack every plant for its particular shape.

A short dispatch window
Parcels leave Monday to Wednesday to reduce the risk of a weekend stop at a depot.

Two InPost options
Choose InPost Courier or an InPost Parcel Locker during checkout. Parcel Lockers are available for addresses in Poland.

Plant-specific packing
We secure the pot, protect the substrate and leaves, and add route-appropriate insulation in winter.

Parcel tracking
We send a tracking number after dispatch. Please accept the parcel on the first delivery attempt.
Returning living plants
Living plants are biological products. Their condition can change rapidly depending on temperature, watering, light and other care conditions. Plants meeting the conditions of Article 38(1)(4) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act are excluded from the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.
This does not limit your statutory complaint rights. If a plant arrives damaged or does not match the offer, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.
